CSA Terms & Conditions

Subscribers to the CSA agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

Payment and renewal

4 week subscriptions will be billed by invoice which will be emailed to you via QuickBooks after confirmation of your order. Invoices can be paid online by card, or in person by check or cash upon delivery of your first box.

At the end of each 4 week period you will automatically receive a new invoice for the next 4 weeks and if you wish to cancel you must confirm your cancellation in writing via email. If you do not confirm your cancellation in writing before the first delivery date in the new 4 week period it will be assumed that you wish to renew and the invoice will become due.

Monthly auto-recurring subscriptions must be paid by credit/debit card authorized by a recurring payment agreement between the customer and Grow Eco. After confirmation of your order you will be contacted by phone to set up the recurring payment and you will be asked to sign a hard copy of the recurring payment agreement upon delivery of your first box.

Cancellations

Once paid, 4 week subscriptions are non-refundable, but you can gift any remaining deliveries in your subscription to friends or family if you wish to cancel before the end of the term, so long as the person receiving the deliveries is within the area served by Grow Eco as outlined on our CSA page.

Monthly auto-recurring subscriptions will be renewed indefinitely unless cancellation instructions are received in writing via email at least seven days before your monthly renewal date.

Pauses or Breaks

If you wish to take a break between the end of one 4 week subscription and the start of a new 4 week subscription please inform Grow Eco by email.

Auto-recurring subscriptions are billed on the basis of a 48 week year, which means that four weeks of breaks and pauses are built into the subscription from the outset. If you do not take any pauses or breaks within a twelve month period then you will essentially get four free deliveries. If you need to take more than four weeks of breaks within a twelve month period we reserve the right to continue your billing as normal. However, please contact us by email and we will do our best to accommodate your additional pauses and breaks.

Custom Box Subscriptions

If you have a custom subscription, you must submit your produce selection no later than 10am on the day of your regular delivery each week. If you do not submit your selection by this deadline, you will be delivered a standard share that week chosen by the farmer.
